• The condition or existence of data on your device before, during, or after our services
• Any loss of data, revenue, profits, or any special, incidental, or consequential damages

Ownership and Legal Rights

By submitting your device, you confirm that you are the legal owner or authorized representative of the legal owner of the storage device and data. You warrant that the data is legal and that you have the unrestricted legal right to have the data recovered.

Payment

Payment is due in full upon completion of a successful recovery before data will be released, unless different arrangements have been made in advance in writing.
